Impact

On Sunday morning I received a text message from one of my PT clients. She told me she just finished a class with relative ease that she never could have in the past and credited training with me and thanked me.
2 days later I opened an e-mail from someone who I’ve never trained, but who reads my blog. She told me a little about herself and then went on to tell me how my blog entry “Bare Bones” made her look at herself and rethink some of what were her reasons for not exercising. She went on to tell me that she wanted me to know that I made someone look at themselves, and their life, and thanked me for that.
This e-mail really touched me, so last night while training a client, I told her I got an awesome e-mail from a reader of my blog, and I told her how it made me feel, and how surprised I was by it. She looked at me like I was crazy and asked me if I realized the impact that I have on people’s lives. Duh; of course I don’t that’s a silly question. Then she went on to tell my of the positive changes in her live since training with me which included not needing a specific medication she been taking forever.
All I can say is wow. You know it’s easy to see how people’s bodies change; lose fat, or go down a size, but the internal, the less obvious are where the biggest and most important changes take place. When someone can stop talking meds, and reverse something like asthma or even diabetes and heart disease without medical intervention, that’s just Awesome. Then there’s the mental side of the equation which can have the most profound impact of all. The beautiful thing about all this is it doesn’t even have to cost you a penny and can save you a fortune and more importantly, your life.
I feel really good today. And with that all I have left to say is Thank You…
Peace
If you’re going to make an impact, make it big…
P.S.-I Love You 🙂 ❤
