I believe there comes a point in all our lives where we finally say, “No more”. No more feeling frumpy, lethargic, or weak. Last June, in a moment of epiphany, I realized I had to make some major life changes. I had heard about this intense boot camp workout, and decided to give myself a chance to get back to the old “me” and begin a new chapter in my life.
Rich’s indescribable boot camp workouts are matched by his witty sense of humor. His own vigorous drive is inspirational. He is knowledgeable about general conditioning techniques and teaches that with proper nutrition, a combination of weight training and cardio, anyone can increase strength and attain the muscle tone desired. Every boot camp session is different and quite entertaining, to say the least. I will never go back to a simple gym routine.
