(AKA) Dominick R Sabatino

Rich officially started in the fitness industry in 1996 shortly after a floor trainer in a fitness club saw him training a friend and suggested he get certified. Although that was his official entry into the fitness world Rich’s passion for fitness and helping others started long before while still in high school.

Throughout his career Rich has studied and certified in specific areas such as fitness nutrition, performance enhancement, behavioral change, cognitive behavior therapy, and corrective exercise.

Rich loves training all populations however finds helping older individuals restore and maintain a level of health and fitness and overweight individuals lose the extra weight and find and maintain a healthy body weight most rewarding. With this being said Rich also loves training athletes, people looking to gain strength and muscle mass, or just the average person just looking to stay fit and heathy. 

Rich is also a long time martial artist (started in 1985) who has trained in several martial arts and has been teaching for the past since 2004. Rich has traveled to teach Brazilian jiu jitsu throughout the United States, the Caribbean and Europe.
